*Appointments
All appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit by
sms or phone. It is extremely important that you give us all your contact details and reply  to confirm.

For any appointments that exceed 1 hour we will kindly ask for a 50% deposit.
This can be by credit card, gift voucher, cash, cheque or money order.

*Cancellations and late arrivals.

We ask that you arrive on time to get your full treatment, as late arrivals will be shortened to respect the next appointment.
If you need to cancel your  appointment please allow 24hrs notice so we can fill that time slot. No shows will result in the loss of your deposit or a 50% reduction in gift vouchers.

*Our Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is required for all Treatments over $100.00.
The Treatments you have selected are especially reserved for you, with your professional therapist. To cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is required to enable us to contact someone who prefers that time.
